Our Return Promise
At WOI Traditions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing a traditional wear is a special experience, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. We offer a straightforward and fair return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains enjoyable. Refer below conditions for returns and refund.
Once your order has been processed and shipped then the order falls into Returns Policy.
Conditions for Return:

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and labels intact. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping: Initially, Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your Return request is valid and approved, the return shipping charges will be refunded to you along with the product refund amount. We recommend using a trackable and secure shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. WOI Traditions is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected with several tests, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed from our side within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

Custom-made or customized sarees are not eligible for refunds.

Sarees/Wear that show any signs of wear, stains, alterations, or damage (at customer end) will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We conduct several inspection tests before shipping your order. Even though, if you receive a damaged or incorrect saree/wear, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with image/video proof. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional expense to you.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return Request:
Please initiate Return request ONLY if your product qualifies above conditions. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping and handling charges. Original shipping charges are refundable only in case of product damage.
